Taking over and further developing accounting and controlling
Overall responsibility for all accounting matters
Independent processing of ongoing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Support with account assignment and booking of all business transactions
Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Initial tax assessment of ongoing business transactions and special cases
Financial controlling of monthly financial statements including plausibility checks, analysis of cost and profit variances, derivation of steering impulses, and preparation of results for management
Monitoring payment transactions and preparing and managing liquidity planning
Further development and automation of accounting processes through the use of suitable software solutions and digital workflows
Establishment, further development, and sustainable implementation of controlling structures
Contact person for management, tax advisors, banks, and external auditors
/ Grötschel Your Qualifications
Completed commercial training or a degree in economics with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling
Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
Very good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as financial statement preparation
Experience in controlling and an interest in establishing and further developing structures and digital processes
Proficiency in Datev and all common MS Office applications is required
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
High degree of reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
