The project included the design, control system development, and the assembly and installation of the complete system. The solution features a modular design and can be flexibly adapted to changing production requirements.
Key components such as conveyor systems, lift systems and an adjustable output sequence enable a continuous and automated material flow that is both cycle-time-optimized and reliable.
The system could be seamlessly integrated into existing production environments.
