The system was seamlessly integrated into the ongoing production process and includes a lifting and centering station for precise positioning of the components, an electrical measuring device for capturing the relevant test characteristics, as well as automatic evaluation of the measurement data.
In addition to design and control development, we also took care of the complete assembly and on-site installation of the system. The solution was precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements and today makes a significant contribution to automated quality control and process reliability.
