The interdisciplinary project combines high-tech components, digital process chains, and application-oriented research \u2013 and underscores our role as a development partner for pioneering technologies in the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the course of the project, a series of highly specialized components for fully automated reinforcement production were developed \u2013 including a <strong>yarn creel<\/strong>, a <strong>redundant yarn impregnation<\/strong> system, a <strong>deposition tool<\/strong>, a <strong>robot-guided binding pliers<\/strong>, and a <strong>Beckhoff control<\/strong> for process integration. The goal was to make the production of carbon fiber-based reinforcement elements efficient, scalable, and digitally connectable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with our project partners <strong>Johne &amp; Gro\u00df GmbH<\/strong> and the <strong>Institute for Construction Materials at TU Dresden<\/strong>, a <strong>data-driven end-to-end process<\/strong> was also created, which can already be integrated into the design phase by architects and structural engineers. <strong>Rhinoceros 3D<\/strong> in combination with <strong>Grasshopper 3D<\/strong> serve as the central interface \u2013 an important basis for continuous, digital construction.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project results will be presented to the international expert community in June 2025 at the <strong>AUTEX \u2013 World Conference on Textile Materials<\/strong>. The complete final report is available free of charge via the <strong>TIB-Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our special thanks go to our partners
