Creation of work and schedules, resource management, and evaluation of design specifications
Preparation of decision-making for in-house production or outsourcing
Responsibility for quality, budget, deadlines, and material availability
Process optimisation, documentation, and interface function between Production and Engineering
/ Grötschel Your Qualifications
Completed technical training with many years of professional experience, or technician, master craftsman, or engineer in mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience as a work preparation specialist/production planner in steel and metal construction
Confident use of ERP systems and design software such as AutoCAD or comparable programs
Structured, organised, and independent way of working
Strong technical understanding and good spatial awareness
Proactive, creative approach, as well as high resilience and flexibility
