/ Grötschel Your Responsibilities
Coordination and technical leadership of an installation team in plant construction and steel construction
Planning and monitoring of on-site installation processes in compliance with quality, safety and schedule requirements
Support during installation, onboarding of employees, communication with project management, site management and customers, as well as documentation of work progress
/ Grötschel Your Qualifications
Completed vocational training in the metalworking field, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or plant mechanic
Several years of experience in industrial installation, ideally with initial leadership experience
High level of organisational skills, sense of responsibility and technical competence
Confident in reading and implementing technical drawings and plans
Strong team skills, assertive, resilient and flexible
Willingness to travel and suitability for working at heights
Valid qualifications for operating installation equipment
Desirable: welding certifications and knowledge in the area of occupational safety
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
