Research & Development
Innovation is our driving force. Because where visions meet technical expertise, real progress emerges. As Grötschel GmbH, we are actively involved in research and development projects, specifically contributing our practical expertise in design, manufacturing, and automation to innovative collaborations.
An example of this is the successfully completed project 3DHyBeBe: Together with TU Dresden and Johne & Groß GmbH, we developed technologies for the automated production of carbon fiber reinforcements – including robot-guided manufacturing and data-driven process control from planning to production.
The results were presented in June 2025 at the AUTEX World Conference – a visible testament to how practical research at our company becomes a real technical solution.
