Our mobile, height-adjustable work platform was specially designed for the conversion and modification of production vehicles in the travel and leisure sector.

The electric motor-driven height adjustment enables work on different levels. The platform extensions, which are also electrically driven, close the lateral gaps to the vehicle along the long sides. Together with an interchangeable contour adaptation at the front, they create a uniform work surface.

Plug-in guardrails allow easy material transport using lifting equipment directly onto the work platform. The supplied hook-in storage trays for the handrails enable the operator to keep documents, tools and components within easy reach at all times.

Two synchronized, variable-incline stairways can be attached in place of a plug-in guardrail at almost any position on the platform, allowing access to be configured flexibly depending on the available space.

Due to potentially varying vehicle lengths, two hook-in, continuously adjustable rear fall-protection guards also securely enclose this work area at the rear.

The concept is rounded off by a control system with multiple sensor and end-position monitoring, as well as visual and audible signals during any electric movement.

The robust design with high-quality materials is engineered for a long service life and therefore fully meets the sometimes very specific and demanding operating conditions.

The work platform also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of ergonomics and occupational safety.
