The scope of services included the complete design, control system development, as well as on-site assembly and commissioning.
A central element is the automatic material storage system with connected transport systems, which enable flexible and process-reliable material movement.
The integrated stacking device ensures efficient and gentle handling of the boards, while the strapping unit guarantees bundling that is secure for transport. The downstream discharge conveyor enables optimized transfer of the finished stacks to the next process stage.
