The scope of services included the complete engineering, control system development, as well as the assembly and installation of the plant.
Loading is performed manually, after which the material is transferred to the automated process line via a vibratory compactor and a roller conveyor. This line consists of a precisely controlled heating and cooling section, followed by a cleaning station. Finally, the product is separated in an automatic blow-off station and prepared for further use.
The combination of manual and automated steps allows for flexible production with consistently high process quality – specifically tailored to the requirements of sintering technology.
