The project included concept development, design, structural analysis, manufacturing, and assembly of mobile maintenance stairs, which are ergonomically and safety-technically optimized.

The mechanical height adjustment allows for an adaptation from 2.50 m to 3.80 m. An automatic safety concept ensures system protection in the event of a cable winch malfunction.

The two-part, folding tow bar is designed for transport using towing vehicles.
Permissible towing speeds are up to 25 km/h.

The four-rail staircase is a central element of this robust construction. The platform is equipped with folding railings and a partially lowerable double door. The color scheme and multilingual documentation were implemented according to customer requirements.

The product is designed for continuous use in coastal outdoor areas with high wind loads, which is why only stainless steel fasteners were used. The surfaces feature R13 slip resistance.

Only high-quality materials were used to ensure a long service life.
The maintenance stairs were designed for diverse and sometimes very specific applications that must be handled in the shortest possible time.
