/ Grötschel Your Responsibilities

Preparation of costings and proposals for projects in conveying technology, access technology, and steel construction

Analysis and evaluation of customer inquiries (materials,
equipment, services, expenses)

Support for project managers in project costing and implementation

Preparation of service specifications and quantity surveys

Definition of scope of services (specifications, drawings, etc.)

Proposal documentation and data storage according to process requirements

Contribution to the optimization of costing and proposal processes

Communication with customers, internal departments,
suppliers & subcontractors

Preparation of process descriptions, special
proposals, and alternatives

Participation in award negotiations and sales support processes

/ Grötschel Your Qualifications

Completed technical or
commercial training – e.g., technician, master craftsman,
construction manager, industrial clerk)

Min. 3 years of professional experience in costing,
ideally in steel construction, plant construction, or mechanical engineering

Profound knowledge of contract management

Structured, independent working style and high level of commitment

Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and social competence

Good technical understanding

Proficient in MS Office, quick to learn ERP systems

Class B driving license (old FS3)
