This year, we applied for the Future Prize “Craft Business of the Year 2025” of the Dresden Chamber of Crafts – with great commitment, a lot of passion and a clear message: Attracting skilled workers and employee retention are central tasks for the future, which we are actively addressing.
Out of a total of 20 applications – from small craft businesses with 7 employees to companies with 300 employees – we were named as one of the favorites. After submitting our application at the end of March, the HWK jury visited us on April 30, 2025 and gained a comprehensive insight into our measures, our working culture and our technology.
The decision was finally made on June 17, 2025 as part of the HWK summer party in Dresden.
Even though we didn’t reach a place on the podium, the jury’s feedback was clear: It was very close – and our concepts were convincing.
We are proud of what we have built together. Because one thing is certain:
